3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Order weight & size
• Selected shipping method

We offer free shipping on orders over 499kr within Denmark.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by customs.
• Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If a package is lost due to a shipping carrier issue, we will assist you in filing a claim.
