If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy in compliance with Danish consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as received (not damaged or altered).
  • The return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exceptions:

  • Opened or used food supplements, protein powders, or other consumables cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Personalized or customized products are non-refundable.
  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email our support team at info@outstanding-nutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 2: Pack the Item

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts), only a partial refund may be granted.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@outstanding-nutrition.com, and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Your order number
    We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Consumer Rights (Denmark & EU)

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in Denmark and the EU have:

  • A 14-day right of withdrawal (for eligible items).
  • A 2-year warranty on defective products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
