By accessing and using our website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated without notice, so we recommend checking this page regularly. Access to www.outstanding-nutrition.com is temporary and may be changed or discontinued without notice. By using the website, you declare that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

1. Ordering
You can order products from Outstanding Nutrition directly through our webshop www.outstanding-nutrition.com, where you will find detailed descriptions of the key features of our products.
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email containing information about your order, your right of withdrawal, return policy, and delivery details. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

2. Cancellation of Orders
If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, it can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at +45 28 71 74 98.
If the order has already been shipped, you may return the items after receipt — see the return policy below.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 15-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us by email at info@outstanding-nutrition.com and provide your order number.
Returns are at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. We only accept returned goods in their original packaging and with unbroken seals, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please note – Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly

  • Items where the seal has been broken

  • Dietary supplements, food products, or similar items with special storage requirements

Once we have received and approved the returned items, we will refund the amount to the payment card used for the purchase.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (minus shipping costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Complaints
You have the right to complain about defective products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Any complaints should be sent to info@outstanding-nutrition.com or by calling +45 28 71 74 98.

6. Payment
Outstanding Nutrition reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and terms without notice. All prices are listed in euro or USD including VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you are the cardholder of the payment method used. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of errors, suspected fraud, or insufficient funds.

7. Payment Methods
At www.outstanding-nutrition.com, you can pay using the following payment methods:

The payment amount will not be charged until your order has been shipped. All payment details are encrypted (SSL), and neither we nor third parties have access to your card data.

8. Shelf Life Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 2 months from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

9. Discount Codes
Discount codes can be entered in the “Enter discount code” field in the shopping cart.
Discounts do not apply to already discounted items, bundles, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

10. Delivery
When ordering, you can choose delivery with GLS or UPS. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, and the standard delivery time is 1–3 business days in Denmark and 3–7 business days within the EU.
Outstanding Nutrition cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

11. Protection of Personal Data
We never share your personal data with third parties unless necessary to complete an order (e.g., delivery) or if required by law. Please read our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

12. Website Content
Outstanding Nutrition reserves the right to use anonymous visitor data for statistical purposes and to improve our services. You have the right to access the information we store about you and may contact us to exercise this right.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you wish to file a complaint about a purchase, please contact us first at info@outstanding-nutrition.com. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may submit a complaint to the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints.
