Returns Policy

At Outstanding Nutrition we strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy in accordance with Danish consumer protection legislation and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


1. Return eligibility

You may return a product within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition as received (not damaged or altered).

  • The return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions:

  • Opened or used supplements, protein powders or other consumables cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at info@outstanding-nutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Step 2: Package the item
Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Step 3: Send the return
Send the return package to:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item).


3. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refund: If the returned item is not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts), only a partial refund can be given.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of incorrect or defective items.


4. Exchange

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you require an exchange, please contact us at info@outstanding-nutrition.com and we will arrange a replacement.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Pictures of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Consumer Rights (Denmark and EU)

According to the Danish Sales Act and the EU Consumer Directive, customers in Denmark and the EU have:

  • 15 days right of withdrawal (for eligible goods).

  • 2-year warranty on defective products.
    If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can request repair, exchange or refund.
